Abstract :
We present a 10 channel, polarization-multiplexed QPSK receiver photonic integrated circuit, with 25 GHz channel spacing, operating at 28 Gbaud (112 Gbit/s per channel). With 10 channels operating, this is a Terabit Superchannel receiver.
