Research on coupling mechanism of the enterprise´s technology management competence and network competence

Both technology management competence and network competence have a significant positive impact on an enterprise´s innovation success. This paper analyzes the coupling relationship of technology management competence and network competence, builds the coupling degree evaluation index system of the two competences, and then sets up the coupling degree evaluation model based on physical theory. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the coupling degree of M corporation´s technology management competence and network competence, and the results show that M corporation´s technology management competence and network competence are at the middle coupling level.
