Abstract
Under the guidance of a certain innovation target, Hospital Management Innovation (HMI) is a process of improving medical service quality by changing the management functions and administrative tasks, which thereby can improve the patient experience during medical treatment. Bearing task reconstruction and patient value improvement in mind, Taizhou Hospital did a practice of HMI which based on the theory of patient perceived value. This practice is a success and has provided an important reference for other hospitals to enhance the level of hospital management and improve the quality of medical services.
