Abstract :
According to systematic characteristic of regional logistics, put forward the comparatively systematic and entire evaluation index system of regional logistics competence. With this understanding, applying the hierarchy analysis thought and fuzzy pattern recognition principles, the hybrid index overall evaluation method was suggested. The main characteristics of this method is that it has considered the quantitative and qualitative indexes of the evaluation index system. So, it might impersonally and truly reflect the evaluation object. Finally, an illustrative example was given to clarify the effectiveness of the designed index system and evaluation method, have practical application value.
