Abstract
The authors describe the work undertaken in RACE Project 1044-IBC Development and Implementation Strategies, in the Evolution Prospects and Framework (EPF) workpackage. The role of EPF within the RACE project is to assess common and country specific evolution paths to the deployment of a European Integrated Broadband Communication Network.
