Research on interaction technological talent accumulation and economic development level of Hubei Province

Nowadays, with the development of innovative knowledge-based economy, scientific and technological talent has become one of the key factors in promoting the economic development. And the major purpose of solving the problem of scientific and technological talent accumulation is to better promote the economic development as well. The economic development and scientific and technological talent accumulation have mutual influence in their interaction. In this article, we firstly define the connotation of scientific and technological talent, and then analyze the interactive relationship between scientific and technological talent accumulation and finally propose the relevant policies and measurements for forming the scientific and technological talent accumulation effect on the basis of the preceding analysis.
