Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the basis of analyzing exhibition value system, this paper will found a two-dimensional model which shows content and standard of exhibition value system, and will research on the expression of exhibition value system program in terms of principle, logic and methodology. Furthermore, this paper also takes Wuhan Science Museum for example to prove research findings.
