Abstract :
Tacit knowledge which exists in employees´ mind, and is difficult to be formalized and imitated, is the source of enterprises´ competitive advantages. On the basis of analyzing characteristics of tacit knowledge, transfer subject and influencing factor of knowledge transfer, this paper establishes a conceptual model of tacit knowledge transfer within organizations, based on which, some effective approaches to improve tacit knowledge transfer are given.
