Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrated a novel wavelength-preserved all-optical 2R regeneration system at 10-Gb/s in an SOA-based cross-gain compression scheme with improved power efficiency in generating the desired optical complementary signals by counter-propagating XGM-based wavelength conversion.
