The survival and death of firms have been the focus of research in academic circles around the world. This paper reviews some articles about the life-span of enterprise and gets a clear understanding of the studies on life-span of enterprise. Based on the factor analysis, the paper builds a model of corporate lifespan in the view of systematic theory.
