Abstract :
As people become increasingly concerned about environmental issues, the establishment of reverse logistics system will become more urgent. The paper first analyzes the connotation of reverse logistics, then the paper analyzes the main responsibility in reverse logistics system. In the end the paper focuses on the composition of incentive mechanism of reverse logistics, and points out incentive mechanism of reverse logistic includes economic incentive mechanism, government incentive mechanism, market-oriented mechanism and social supervision mechanism.
