Abstract :
Hollow cathode with anomalous secondary emission was applied in the gas terahertz HCN - laser. The laser had stable generation during 8 hours with a charge interval of 0.8 m, the voltage and the current are accordingly 660 V and 0.5 A; the temperature of a radiator of the cathode was +20deg C
