On the basic of the relevance of manufacturing and service industry in China, this paper builds a mode of integrated innovation between manufacturing and service Industry by analyzing the four stages of innovation, namely innovation input, innovation conversion, innovation transition and innovation deepening. Though the model, the article analyzes the interaction between manufacturing innovation and service industry innovation. Besides, it also studies the collaborative innovation of the development in the external environment, market and industry chain are included, so as to achieve the flourish of the innovation in our country´s overall economy.
