Research on the evaluation of influencing factors of knowledge management in law firm

This paper firstly analyzed the performance evaluation index elements of law firm´s knowledge management, then established a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the performance evaluation of law firm´s knowledge management. Application examples indicated that this model overcome the defects of qualitative evaluation, whose subjectivity was too strong, and possessed good rationality and validity, thus it made a practical tool to evaluate law firm´s knowledge management performance.
