Abstract :
We present the numerical calculation of the fine structure of optical field at diffraction on subwavelength hole arrays by using new modified Sommerfeld diffractive integral (MSDI). Different configurations of geometrical parameters were analyzed and correlative field distributions are obtained. Qualitative coincidence with the experimental data is demonstrated. The developed method can become a powerful instrument for modeling space-frequency filters
