Abstract :
Comparison of loss angle measurements and measurement techniques at power frequency up to 10 kV are presented. The loss angle standards developed by VNIIM are based on low loss ceramic capacitors with a detachable loss resistor in series with it. The tand values of the studied standards ranged from - 1·10-4 to 1000·10-4. The loss angle standards were characterized using established references at VNIIM and MIKES.
