Study on the innovation of industrial park´s operating mechanism

The roles of innovation in the industrial park´s operating mechanism has changed with the change of government´s policy, market environment and competitive pressure, and it become the factor that may decide whether the industrial park can develop in a sustainable way. The concept of regional innovation provides a good reference for the innovative thoughts in the industrial park´s development. In order to achieve rational resource allocation and efficiency of the continuous upgrading, industrial park promote its progress by internal innovation and external innovation. This paper try to analyze the role of innovation in the industrial park´s development by environment analysis, inputs factors, the internal operation, innovative outputs and effects evaluation.
