Title :
Alternate routing strategies at cell boundaries
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
One way to provide flexibility in a cellular radio network is to make use of cell overlaps. Three strategies which make use of this principle are examined. rearrangement, a least busy cell strategy and a strategy which makes use of channel reservation. The last two strategies are assessed with networks under a uniform traffic load and under a non-uniform load
