The emergence of e-learning has brought vitality to traditional teaching, because it has a great advantage in knowledge transformation, classroom teaching, social interaction. The e-learning into classroom, not an alternative to the traditional teaching, but keep collide and interact with each other, Then be continually refined and developed. For a long time, people focus on the role of e-learning on learner´s achievement, as well as the role of it in traditional teaching. But as time goes by, it was discovered that there are many factors that also have the reaction on e-learning, so many experts and scholars began to study different factors´ impact on e-learning. Learner as the subject of e-learning also has a certain impact on e-learning, the article will explore its impact on e-learning. Firstly, it describes the factors of impact e-learning quality, then it analyze learner´s role and their contribution to e-learning, compare with the different learners´ behaviors on e-learning, and extract the differences and similarities impact on their e-learning, Finally, it show many problems in the e-learning and give some suggestions for improvement.
