Abstract :
A new method to calculate the coupling between a spatial electromagnetic wave and parallel transmission lines on a PCB is presented. The antenna reciprocity theorem is introduced to avoid the complex scattering problem by calculating the radiation of the parallel lines. Besides, the coupling length is defined to describe the coupling voltage of the loads; its frequency characteristics are also discussed.
