Abstract
Theory of enterprise life cycle has been mature since its initiation by Haire in 1959. In this paper, key factors affecting the competitiveness are used as the evaluative indicators to evaluate enterprise strategy and strategy evaluating systems for the survival, growth, maturity and ageing stages. Weight determination of the evaluative indicators in survival stage is used as an example to introduce fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on a clear understanding of current enterprise strategy, this paper lays the foundation for enterprises´ strategic transformation and reform.
