Abstract :
Original light-trapping configurations of quantum-efficient photodiodes are presented. Design of trap-detectors allows exclude the radiation reflected in backward direction, expand angular width of the reception diagram, raise an accuracy of measurements. The suggested configurations of trap-detectors are convenient for transferring spectro-radiometrical values and at carrying out a comparison of several sources of radiation that are coupled to the detector simultaneously. The measurements are performed by sequential switching-on of measured sources of radiation without change the measurements setup
