All employees´ satisfaction of hospitals needs to be taken seriously and employee satisfaction of hospitals were composed of different factors. In this paper, by experts´ discussions constructed satisfaction evaluation index system involving medical, nursing, medical technology, administration, logistics five positions, and then compiled satisfaction scale based on evaluation index to carry out employee satisfaction survey in M hospital. The conclusion is: employees are satisfied with the hospital; the highest satisfaction is work groups satisfaction and the lowest satisfaction is work rewards satisfactions; high satisfaction and low satisfaction factors have different reasons. Hospital managers should adjust the corresponding management measures to improve employee satisfaction by the results of employee satisfaction survey.
