Abstract :
This paper describes a research work that seeks to develop a pedagogical strategy to assist in programming learning, inspired by Mathew Lipman´s strategy - conceived to help students maximize their learning through the conscious assessment of their self-efficacy level while they develop a programming study behaviour. We present the results of the preliminary tests on the formalization of the research methodology and the changes implied on the strategy to be tested.
