Abstract :
Our country agricultural and sideline products circulation is very large, of which more than 80% of the sideline products is taken to storage at room temperature, circulation and primary processing methods, and post-flow loss rate of 25%-30%. Inefficient agricultural logistics is becoming a huge obstacle for the process of agricultural industrialization and agricultural development in the distribution industry. In this paper, we use the food cold chain logistics theory, performance management theory and other subjects of the theory, first described the necessary and the basic principles for construction of the sideline cold chain logistics service performance evaluation system, and then we build index system of sideline products cold chain logistics´ performance evaluation from three dimensions, including industry environment, resource and environment, risk management. On this basis, with data envelopment analysis (DEA), taking Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hubei, Henan, Hunan six middle provinces and cities as samples, analysis and evaluate sideline cold chain logistics service performance in these Province, to provide reference for government departments to plan and manage cold-chain logistics service system.
