In the 21st Century with economic globalization and information era and rapid development of science and technology, interdisciplinary subjects have come forth one by one and natural science and social science interpenetrate with each other, which poses new demand on talents who adapt to this era. Cultivation of interdisciplinary talents is one of the talents cultivation reform modes in current universities to adapt to the demand of the social and economic development. In this article, the authors take Jiangxi Normal University as the case study and discuss how local universities establish the path of running schools with characteristics of innovation in the mode of talents cultivation among undergraduates.
