Abstract
This paper explains about evolutionary development by relaxing some of the constraints inherent in that process, establishing evolutionary systems engineering process framework. Using the development history predator as a backdrop the concept of evolutionary development can be explored. The fast and turbulent development history of predator program from an Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrator to the first unmanned Hunter/killer has resulted in a capability that is transforming the way the United States Air Force fights.
