  • Abstract
    The report describes ways for the decision of a problem of increase a power measurement accuracy of fiber-optic communication lines. It is offered the method of measurement of the optical power, which takes into account the form of spectral sensitivity of a semiconductor photodetector in a range of work of infrared semiconductor lasers. Theoretical and experimental results of studying the dependence of measured optical power from wavelength of radiation of laser sources are described. The offered method allows to reduce borders of a relative error of a researched optical powermeter to plusmn3 %
