Abstract :
In the banking industry the operational risks have been the most important risks, which have made operational risk control become an important area of commercial bank risks control in China. In two decades, banking information construction has made great achievements in China´s financial sector, and organizational learning has also effectively promoted China´s commercial bank management level. IT construction and organizational learning must be a natural boost on commercial bank operational risk control. For illustration, 500 questionnaires were recycled and the full model method of structural equation model was used. Six latent variable composite reliability were greater than 0.7, and the cumulative explanation quantity of factor analysis were greater than 0.5. The fit index values were located in the standard range, and the theoretical model fitted well, which can be used to test the hypothesis. The empirical research has revealed that China´s commercial banks IT-construction and organizational learning have integrated functions in improving the operational risk control performance.
