Abstract :
Using numerical method the field distribution in the integral-optic switching structures of the three kinds with the photosensitive layer on the base of BR, the disperse characteristics and the localization energy coefficients in the waveguide were calculated. The calculation results were presented. In accordance with the received results the optimal integral-optic switching structures was proposed for the creation of the all-optic switching elements on the base of BR
