On the basis of the results of experimental studies of nonlinear optical properties of a GaAs crystal the possibility of using a semiconductor crystal simultaneously as an element of nonlinear negative feedback and as a saturable absorber was show a computer simulation of a laser was performed and the numerical experiments were carried out
