This article brings up the concept of techno-alliance of high-tech enterprises and elaborates motivations of these enterprises acccording to their caracterastics. Due to present situation that success rate of techno-alliance is low, the author puts forward procedures and aproaches of it and is innovative enough to use quantitative analysis to measure benefits of different nodal points of alliance in order to provide efficient measures to choose the location of alliance.
