Abstract
The most important problem of early-warning airborne radar (EWAR) is how to detect moving targets in the air or on the ground with intensive clutter. Modern radar usually solves it with CFAR by storing the map of clutter. So, the clutter´s spectrum has become the detecting threshold of CFAR. This leads to a new problem of interference in the EWAR. In this paper, we analyze the clutter´s spectrum of EWAR and put forward some questions on the interference
