Abstract :
Standard inductors of 10 mH and 100 mH have been calibrated at 1000 Hz and 1592 Hz by a simple calibration system using a commercially available LCR meter since 2004 at NMIJ. Long-term behavior of the inductance is roughly stable within the standard uncertainties which were obtained to be around 10 ppm.
