Abstract :
Vehicle performance is getting a continuous advance with various attributes in the opposed environment, but it is difficult to evaluate in actual operation. In this paper, firstly, it reduces the redundant or dispensable attributes, but can keep the original information primarily by rough set theory. Secondly, it establishes the DEA (data envelopment analysis) effectiveness model to extrapolate the rationality of the given attribute. Finally, it indicates that the model is valid.
