Abstract :
NHK has been installing a new trilateral motion adaptive television standard converter (TTSC), which can transfer three television standards, NTSC PAL and SECAM trilaterally. A new TTSC has an ability to convert a picture faultlessly, even a picture has multiple moving objects with different directions.
