Abstract :
Based on the basic concept of Innovative Enterprise Knowledge Management(IEKM), and its structural dimension of knowledge innovation, assimilation, application and protection, this paper builds a four-dimensional model of the innovative enterprise knowledge management maturity. By questionnaire survey and the analytic hierarchy process, this paper obtains the maturity of innovative enterprises and proposes the skip-level path of IEKM´s maturity.
