Abstract
High speed switching in power electronics is the main cause of electromagnetic interferences (EMI). Developing a simple method that requires low time consumption to estimate the conducted disturbances is one of the major challenges for the designers. In this paper, a new EMI modeling method is proposed. Based on configurable partial transfer functions (CPTFs), this method allows precise reconstruction of switching cell transients and an easy interpretation in both temporal and frequency domains. The parameters used to fill these CPTFs are identified by measurements or directly from the manufacturer technical files. The proposed methodology shows a very good agreement with the experimental results.
