Abstract :
The state-space model of the induction motor is decomposed in two quasi-decoupled systems because the dynamic of electrical and magnetic system are different. It is used a multitime scale decomposition to obtain reduced operational admittances. The physical parameters of the equivalent system of the phase equivalent circuit of induction machine are determined based on information from the identification experiments specific to each model. In the experiments the induction machine is at standstill and supplied by a pseudo random binary sequences voltage. The method uses only the existing resources from a control system and allows an increased accuracy of the estimated parameters.
