Abstract :
We have understood more precise about the characteristics of Internet, which help us to test the existed network and design new network. In this paper, we analysis the process of Internet construct and propose a new model based on hierarchical framework with multi-ISP (include many routers) in accordance with the actual process of Internet construct. The model can generate a network topology with hierarchy, which reflect the Internet construct process and present power law, hierarchy. The result can be applied to new protocol test and network performance evaluate in the network.
