VADE MECUM is a one year project involving a consortium of 26 partners along a “corridor site” wrapped around parts of the TransEuropean Road Network in Ireland (North and South), across North Wales, North West England, Yorkshire and Humberside, through the Humber ports and on to the Netherlands. It is co-funded by the European Commission Directorate General XIII to the value of 500,000 ECU.
