Abstract :
Robust fault detection based on states observer is studied on networked control systems with uncertain long time-delay. The states observer is designed on networked control systems with uncertain long time-delay and fault detection is fulfilled without changing the structure of the systems. Robust Hinfin states observer is designed on the systems with uncertain long time-delay and exterior disturbances, and robust fault detection based on the observer is achieved
