The Thoughts and Suggestions of the Virtual Teacher Adopted in Network Course Construction

Based on e-learning principles, combining with the experiences of our college´s network course construction and the problems found in teaching, we suggest importing the virtual teacher with affections and real-time communication functions into e-learning. This paper analyzes the virtual teacher´s basic features and functions, discussing the methods and technologies in importing the virtual teacher into E-Learning. We believe this can effectively integrate the advantages of traditional teaching and E-Learning, significantly improving the teaching quality.
