An Approach for the Effective Management of Heterogeneous Learning Resources

The rapid development of Internet technology for the production network laid the foundation for learning. The approach to learning has the transition from computer-assisted learning to Web-based learning. This paper proposed an approach for effective sharing of heterogeneous learning resources. It investigate the status of resource sharing to education, and analysis of the causes of the problem, raised a number of effective strategies to solve the problem, choose the model points in a typical demonstration of regional construction and research.
