Abstract :
Welcome to the beautiful city of Baku, Azerbaijan, hope you enjoy your stay while attending AICT2011 conference during 12–14 of October, 2011. The 5th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies AICT2011 is the first conference in its series aimed at stimulating technical exchange in the emerging and important fields of Information and Communication and Internet, Mobile and Wireless and Optical Communications Networks as well. AICT2011 conference was intended to provide a timely forum for exploratory research and practical contributions from North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East. AICT2011 conference presented tutorials on related subjects, panels discussions and keynote speeches. AICT2011 conference receives a large number of submissions of technical papers each year. This year AICT2011 receives about 200 technical papers. Papers are reviewed by three reviewers before acceptance in three different languages.
