    Describes the integrated application of network communication technology, serial communication technology, real-time communication technology. The formation of the network for mobile robot audio and video surveillance. Using client/server (C/S) architecture, Server-side accept the control request of the client; Achieve the transmission of the server-side and client-side data and control commands, With real-time communication technology (RTC) to complete the capture, Transmission and playback of audio and video, Access the environmental information of realistic remotely, To monitor the function of; Supplemented by serial communication technology and under-Machine Communication, Get installed on the robot´s sensor information, Using the technology of network communication socket to achieve the remote communication of client and server-side. The formations of SCM, Servers, handle processing of Client-side line. The completion of specific functions of each module, teamwork, to achieve the control functions of remote monitoring.
