Abstract :
This study analyzed the human resource development through team activities. First, the paper reviewed existing studies on capability and skill model, and reconstructed an appropriate capability model for analysis on team activities. The study used 156 cases of QC circles. The text data of 156 cases were classified utilizing the method of text mining and key words could be extracted. Through clustering these key words, the model of three elements on capability were found. By using this model, it is possible to explain the capability as numerical data, and the management based on statistical analysis can be adopted. In addition, it can be expected to contribute to the decision making on the management to attempt appropriate promotion of team activities.
