Abstract :
This study seeks to determine the antecedent and outcome of employee occupational commitment. The questionnaire recipients were bank employees, and 253 valid questionnaires were returned. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, the employees´ affective occupational commitment was stronger than their affective organizational commitment. Also, if employee affective organizational commitment is high, so is employee affective occupational commitment. Lastly, when employee affective occupational commitment is high, employees´ occupational turnover intention is low.
