Abstract :
The results of development and investigation of automated complex of apparatuses for control and correction functional state of flight dispatchers in airport Baku are presented in paper. The objects of these investigations are improving efficiency and reliability of activity of the flight dispatchers in Air Traffic Control (ATC), optimization functioning organism of flight dispatchers, increasing the level of safety of the vital functions, improving flight safety for ATC in Civil Aviation. The system for automated control and timely, during professional activity, preventive correcting actions is developed. The control is based on the method of measurement impedance (a full electro dermal galvanic resistance) of human.
