Abstract :
Because of the large inertia and lag characteristics of the super-heated steam temperature system, an internal model control method for inverse system based on support vector machine (SVM) was presented. According to the input and output datum of the system, this method identified o th-order inverse system of the original system by using support vector machine regression (SVMR). Combining the inverse system with original system can form o th-order pseudo-linear system, then applied internal model control to the pseudo-linear system. Simulating results show that this method has high track precision, good disturbance-rejecting capability. And it is easy to design and apply
